I found the staff were most helpful, they looked after each guest, listened and helped whenever needed. The rooms are convenient and well equippe and ,the location is really close to.everything.
I stayed there 5 days in October, returned in December, and will stay there any time I visit Houston.

The reception staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful; rooms were very clean, well-furnished and very. The breakfast exceeded continental standards by far. The assorted bagels, cereal and yogurts was individually wrapped and the milk in individual containers as well as variety in condiments. The bathroom was superbly fitted which

Excellent reception staff. Good size room in clean and fresh decorative order. Included a continental breakfast which was well laid out and refreshed as needed. Convenient for a delightful part of Houston - yes, really! - the Rice University area and magnificent Hermann Park.
