  OH MY GOODNESS!!! We had the BEST time in DC!! This hotel is MY favorite hotel EVER!! We will be staying here every time we come to DC. The staff is UNBELIEVABLE! The kitchen was nice and convenient for breakfasts prior to venturing out to the many attractions in dc. The mojito hour was also a nice touch.   letsbookhotel.com gave me the wrong address for the place -- 2000 North Street instead of n Street. Fortunately there isn't a North Street -- otherwise I would have been massively inconvenienced. AllCity (the managers) are not available by phone outside business hours -- I.E., when one arrives in dc with the wrong address. The price-value was great, it was cheaper than a 5star hotel room. Even though the company said I couldn't leave my my luggage for a couple of hours after my check out, I had no problem, as this was a main concern.

From the assistant front desk manager Julie to the unbelievable Concierge Elizabeth you cannot beat this staff.
