  Nice medium sized hotel in a good location. This hotel has about 50 rooms on 7 floors, a small breakfast area on the ground floor and fitness room with sauna and steam room in the basement. It is about a 5 minute walk from wall street subway station and 5 to 10 minutes from the south street seaport and the Staten island ferry (a great free way to ... ce que les gens disent » see the statue of liberty).   This hotel, though on the southern tip of Manhattan, was conveniently located near several subway stations providing access to many different lines. Transportation to/from the airport was easy and there were cabs and livery cars available when we were ready to leave. Staff were welcoming and quite helpful. Despite what you read on some reviews, the elevator wasn't that slow. Plus, it is New York, learn to wait sometimes. We had a good view of lower Manhattan and the river.
