Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. Went down the next moring expressed in a polite way my concerns and Jordan jumped into action and without questions he moved us to the front of the building up to 40. The mattress was significantly better and the view was great. Thank you Jordan! -

Loved ENO Restaurant, located in Hotel, food was wonderful, especially the wine selection.

The staff was extremely helpful. Since the moment we arrived to until
our last minute there we felt welcome. Especially Nabeel and Jared were

Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect
in that it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I'm

immaculate with jaw dropping views of the Chicago river and the

My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.
