Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Good public transport. Towels and linens changed and clean. Don't expect luxury, because it is not a luxury hotel. It seems that there is a new management and they are working hard to improve. I'd recommend this hotel.

The reception staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful; rooms were very clean, well-furnished and very. The breakfast exceeded continental standards by far. Excellent reception staff. Good size room in clean and fresh decorative order. Included a continental breakfast which was well laid out and refreshed as needed. Convenient for a delightful part of Houston - yes, really! - the Rice University area and magnificent Hermann Park.
