Le lit était confortable, la chambre plutôt bien décorée - The staff were very helpful. The cable tv wasn't workiing properly andthe response was immediate from the hotel staff. The staff was friendly, room was clean, convenient to everything (incl convention center - 1/2 block),was about $100 less than surrounding hotels, had a separate living room/sitting area (not all rooms are like this, but staff let me pick the layout of my room), had to leave early and they agreed to refund balance on a "non-refundable room! -

Location was good if you like walking. We walked to Pike Place Market and monorail without any problems. Monday to Thursday you get a free meal at night between 5-7 pm with beer and wine. It was great. Breakfast was ok. Coffee and tea available all day long. Our king size bed was very comfy. Rooms facing courtyard are quiet. -

Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Hotel was very nice. Restaurant catered to the guests. Having special little plates for a snack after the play at the theatre across the street; just the thing we were looking for at a great price.

hotel was in the perfect location, you could walk to wherever you wanted
to go. The room looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was very

Location!! Walking distance from Seattle landmarks, tourist attractions

I'm a graphic designer, so the modern design elements certainly appealed to me. The bedding was fantastically comfortable as well. Location was convenient to EVERYTHING for us during our stay. The staff was very accommodating to our early arrival time, and always very friendly and professional.

The bed spreads! They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.
