Très bonne situation géographique (centre ville). Rapport qualité/prix intéressant avec un service minimum garantie (à mon avis, on n'a pas besoin de payer plus pour dormir; surtout que la chambre que j'ai eu était au 2ème étage, donc avec la fenêtre fermée, je n'étais pas trop dérangée par le bruit extérieur). - Bon emplacement dans le centre vill

The front staff are excellent. The location for everything can not be beat. The room was big and I like that there is a dresser to unpack my clothes and hangers to hang stuff up. They have done a great job restoring the building. The showers and
restrooms were always clean. The washers and dryers were brand new and
worked very well. The staff here are cool. Great place to stay. The area
doesn't bother me, but I was born and raised in San Francisco. Most
of the freaky people are on the other side of Mission Street.

Had exactly what I needed at great price for the location (Quiet, Secure
private room; Breakfast included ) Everything was as stated on their
website or better. Staff are very friendly. They gave me an itemized
receipt. Perfect for post docs and students or others on a tight budget
attending meetings at the Moscone Center. Recommended it to a friend and
he was also happy. Fun to socialize with other guests. Would stay again.

I liked the price, the location worked well and was safe, albeit 'downhill' from Nob hill. My initial anxiety about the location disappeared quickly. My room was cozy, in the basement, and turned out to be very quiet. Bed comfortable, room clean. I had fresh air from a window on an inner courtyard, and even with the window open could hardly hear traffic. Hotel was fairly quiet, overall.

The staff was helpful and even booked me a shuttle to get back to the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are basic but very cleaned. The hotel is five minutes away from the Castro area and the F cable car is right outside the hotel. -
