Beautiful hotel and lobby, rooms were very comfortable. Exceptional service. Tennis was great too! Good location and even shuttled us to the Galleria for shopping! -

While I was there I was ironing my shirt to go out and there was
something on the iron that transferred to my shirt, I called the front
desk, just to get a new iron and they got someone to not only get the
stain out but iron the shirt for me. -
The hotel is excellent with an european atmosphere and all the amenities to make our stay very pleasant

The Manager(name unknown) was of high quality, he always came across that he was in control and cared about our well being while we stayed there which flowed on to all of the staff Thank you to all concerned -

This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places
nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very
comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a
car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when
they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). The hotel is

The Hilton was within walking distance to the Galleria and other
shopping areas. It was clean, and quiet. There was easy access to the
freeways, 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from the airport on
Sunday morning at 8 am.

A cracking hotel with a great central location to the Galleria and local business district. I've stayed in all the other hotels locally and this is the best of the lot in my opinion.
The gym is also great (with good TV's on cardio equipment).
Parking is also plentiful and you can self park (becoming quite rare in Galleria Hotel area). I look to head back soon.

The reception staff was always friendly and willing to assist you. They
even went beyond their duties to get you the information you wanted to
get or weren't sure how to get it. Thank you!! It's also nice to
see that there were always apples offered and bananas for breakfast. -
