I thoroughly recommend this one.

  Staff. Helpful and friendly, chatty. Hot showers. Big house, communal rooms with big Tvs and sofas. About a 4 block walk to Verizon centre and the gallery metro. Free pc Internet access. Codes to main door and all rooms, seemed very safe/secure. My 6 bed ladies room had at the least 2 of us for a couple nights and Max 4 the other nights!   Once we upgraded to a bigger room we were much more comfortable. Two people could fit in the room that had two queen beds in the room. the staff was amazing and so helpful.

Within walking distance of several buses, and also comfortable distance to restaurants, convenience stores etc. Well suited for a brief business trip. Staff was generally polite & responsive e.g. when my iron malfunctioned, they replaced it promptly. - The location is fabulous, very close to all public transportation and only a few stops from the Verizon center, China Town, the White House and many museums. Breakfast was better than many places we've stayed and included scrambled eggs and morning biscuits - not bad! The price was terrific and the value excellent for this part of DC. Really....
