They were very helpful in figuring out how to get to the airport while avoiding the traffic/congestion for the downtown parade. We plan to stay here whenever we are in Houston.

The complimentary shuttle service was fast and the drivers very courteous and helpful. There was a free wine hour in the evening and room service was prompt. This was the very best experience I've ever had at a hotel!
