  Location, easy to find by any taxi, light on my bed, free wi-fi, free breakfast, dinning area where I can eat my own food, all in all great value for my money. I will do it again hopefully I have the same positive experience. - the location of the hostel is good, close to the subway and also easier to the union station.   Staff. Helpful and friendly, chatty. Hot showers. Big house, communal rooms with big Tvs and sofas. About a 4 block walk to Verizon centre and the gallery metro. Free pc Internet access. Codes to main door and all rooms, seemed very safe/secure. My 6 bed ladies room had at the least 2 of us for a couple nights and Max 4 the other nights! He went far beyond the call of duty making us feel comfortable. I would stay at the facility again if a need should arise. It was conveniently located an for the money, could not do better.
