  kindness and helpfulness - We were coming out for the Price is Right, and a couple of shows we arrived and the staff where great, and helpful. We had the Lucy Suite which is two beds as you enter brightly colored sheets, and a queen additional bed to the left.... They where fully booked and thank goodness we had a reservation...
