This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

The history and design of the building.
Gorgeous. The bedroom was lovely and the bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom were very nice quality as well
Carpet needs cleaning or needs to be replaced.

The staff (Maris, at the front desk, was specially helpful), the facilities, the breakfast lounge and the good environment. It's also super well located with a cable car station right at the corner. I'd also recommend the airport limo with a flat rate to the airport offered by the hotel. -

A very nice place perfectly located in the center of S.Francisco. I really liked the décor - based on a poster for the film Vertigo. The emphasis on white made the interior look very clean and fresh. Our bed was very comfortable and we were particularly grateful to be able to take off the duvet and have just the lovely sheets and cotton blanket. Good location just a walk from Union Square. Easy access to Muni. Helpful receptionists. Fridge and coffee making machine. Great breakfast place directly across the street.

Les chambres sont très grandes on peut s'y détendre en plein jour. - Hôtel soigné, propre et accueillant. Le déjeuner et le coin cuisine sont très appréciés. La situation centrale est parfaite.
