  I always stay here when in San Francisco. It's a great location and I always feel safe and comfortable. There's breakfast and the staff is very nice. You can't beat the price either. - We have always loved this location. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was satisfying and the staff helpful. We would definitely return.

  I'm not sure why this hotel doesn't get better reviews. My girlfriend and I stayed for two days and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the location was great, room was clean and updated. We stayed in room 404, which I highly recommend. Good continental breakfast, with fresh fruit, pastries, and bagels, bread, preserves etc. Great location for walking to Fishermans Wharf etc, or the great value bus into the city.

  Hotel was like an Oasis off the busy Lombard St. Get a courtyard facing room and its very quiet. We initially had a street facing room which was loud but not unbearable, especially later on in the evening. Staff at the hotel did offer us earplugs if we needed them.   This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

  Personnel courtois. Après une visite à Nappa Valley, nous avons fait une dégustation de vin fromage dans la salle à manger. C'était magnifique, j'en garde de beaux souvenirs. Merci au personnel de cette attention qui nous a fait apprécier encore plus San Francisco. - c`est un tres bon hotel, il est tres bien cituer, le personelle est tres gentil !
