  Very well located. Nice view (27th floor). - SIMPLY THE BEST!!! We received the apartment on the highest floor - 36 with an astonishing view. We could see all the buildings including the Chrysler building. The apartment spacious, had everything we needed, comfortable and as I said before - with a breathtaking view...A DREA - more like living in NYC than visiting & living in a Hotel.. If you dont mind taking out the trash yourself and making your own bed, this is for you! Ask for an apartment as high up as possible. We got one on the 8th which was fine - but would have preferred 36th :-) A lot of deli's, cafe's and grocery stores in the area for + a dunking' donut next door for a quick cup of joe or breakfast.. Can highly recommend the apartment - location in NYC is everything.. its a 2 min walk from the Empire

  The apartment was very nice. It was appropriately size and there was a lot of room. It also came fully equipped. Check in was also very straight forward. The apartment is also located in a very nice area.   Le personnel de l'hôtel est super. La chambre que nous avions réservée (Queen- Deluxe) était parfaite et extrêmement confortable (le lit surtout). De plus, le personnel de l'hôtel nous apporte chaque soir des cookies et la météo du lendemain, ce qui fut très apprécié.   We were 5 in apartment 9b. The pull-out sofa was comfortable enough that we could have been 6 in the room. After reading the previous reviews, we can say that: room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were enough towels and the kitchen was correctly equipped. Everything seemed new (ikea style). You indeed cannot control the heating in the room... ce que les gens disent » but it looked like the heating was closed on March the 31st. This is not a hotel but rather an apartment building. Hence, there is no front desk as s - The location is very good the metro is couple of blocks. Nice roof with viewpoint of New York. The owner was very helpfull and also the woman that in charge of cleaning the house. You have all the facilities needed for family with good equiped kitchen. There is fintness center and play room.

  I loved metro. Its exactly what you see in the pictures. No surprises. The app was bit old and so is the building yet I could see the effort they put into making it a bit nicer. The kitchen is great and has everything you might need. I saved a lot money not eating outside. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom more than decent and the studio overal... ce que les gens disent » l its a good size. Its not a hotel, you get you own studio so there is no cleaning service unless you pay extra yet I loved knowing that no one was go - The service is outstanding! We checked in after long delays at the airport and lost baggages plus getting lost finding the hotel but it was all worth it. The front desk seeing our tired faces upgraded us free to a much bigger room and arranged a rollaway bed for our ten year old son immediately. We didn't even have to call and notify that our aircon wasn't working, they knocked on our doors and replaced the unit right away. The bed is really comfortable and everything is spick and span. Towel
