  Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. From Concierge to Front desk to bellboy, they are committed to their work. Bravo! Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

  I could not have been more impressed with everything at this hotel. The staff was fantastic, from Valet team, (whom called me when I left my phone in the car and brought it to my room), to the front desk, (that allowed me to check in really early), to the cleaning staff, who ran a really tight ship - my room was perfect! Absolutely one of the best stays I've ever had, e - The hotel is extremely close to the light path train, which made traveling to nyc extremely convenient. The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).
