The location was great. Hilton is directly attached to the convention centre and it is within walking distance of San Pedro Square, which holds a variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly -

The staff was AMAZING!! Stephen and Mohammed in the valet dept were so helpful. We had some car troubles and they were so kind and understanding. These two deserve a raise!! Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel.
