  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... ce que les gens disent » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

The location is perfect for tourists and you will be a step away from everything, from venues, sightseeings, restaurants, Broadway shows, stores... to transportation to everywhere you need to go.   Le personnel était super sympa. La chambre était très propre. L'hôtel est dans la 58th street donc proche du Central Park et de la 5th Avenue. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner rien à critiquer. - L'emplacement est génial, le design très agréable, le rapport qualité/prix et surtout très calme.
