The hotel is modern and spacious with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The rooms are very quiet- a very nice experience! The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! The staff are helpful and complimentary water and fruit is available in the lobby. The rooms have complimentary water, sodas, and snacks. A classy operation!

- The staff is great. They allowed a early check in and provided a generous gift for my wife how was celebrating her birthday.
- The hotel propose is also great. Modern and well located. From the room we got I was possible to hear the street noise during the day.
- Definitely, I'll come back to it my next time in NYC.

The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. We arrived at the hotel about 3 hours before check-in to drop off our
bags but to our surprisement, our room was avaliable and we even got an
upgrade because someone cancelled! The room was small - as any hotel
