Friendly and helpful front desk staff, including the concierge. Excellent location to many attractions and eateries. Interactive map of city and other factual information on big LED screen in lobby were a great self help tool. Clean and adequate sized rooms (we had 3 in our party). -

The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. The room had a small fridge which was great, and the hotel offers luggage storage. The subway is on the same block and 3 blocks to the heart of Time Square. Byra

I thought the location and price were excellent. The staff were very
helpful and nothing was missing from our experience. The room was
modern, spacious and comfortable with a big bed and great tv. The free
WiFi was a brilliant extra and made a real difference to the whole

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was tasty and served at times stated.
Room condition was clean and spotless, same as en suite bathroom.
Excellent location, very close to everything central.
Quite reasonably priced considering it's a chain of Marriott hotels, it's location, free Wifi and complimentary breakfast.

Suitable for city trip.
Staff was great. Our room smelled like someone smoked, this was handled well by staff, we were given another room next day. Best were Dan and Henry (I hope I'm right about the name). Dan is the soul of the hotel, friendly and helpful. Don't know about remaining staff.
Location is very good, price for the location also good.

I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. welcome every time we passed through the lobby. Even the housekeeping
staff and others were exceptionally friendly - they demonstrated that
they liked their jobs and where they worked.Location was great, easy

The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high. This is a beautiful hotel. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos. L'acceuil etait parfait, le personnel tres disponible et des que nousavions un probleme il etait reglé dans la minute...! Le plus magiquereste la suite penthouse, elle etait vraiment magnifique superbeprestation, un petit studio à 100m de times square - Hotel très agréable, design et très bien placé.

Staff was generally very friendly. Very convenient location. Easy walk
to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and many restaurants. Many
restaurants deliver and staff helped us set up in breakfast room to have
our dinner. Love that it was pet friendly. Felt very welcomed with my
dog. Relatively spacious room. Convenient computers in lobby. Location
was excellent in terms of ease and proximity, as well as not too noisy.

Location was outstanding. Central positioning in Midtown, v close to Empire State & Times Square.

The location is terrific. It is in the middle of manhattan and next to
important subway stations. Extremely convenient transportation. The next
door is 5th avenue and macy'S. Also it is near korean town and cafes
and bars so that both western and eastern style food is easy to get. The
room I am in is quite new, with big tv and good city view to Empire
building (if you stay above 16th floor). Breakfast is very nice indeed.
And the most important, staffs are very nice! Especially Mathew!
