  We were plesantly surprised with our accomodations based on reviews we saw. We had an end room so noise wasn't a problem. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel gym was great, though one of the attendants was a little intrusive and wouldn't let us work out in peace. Luckily, he was only there one day. The location was great! We had a problem with our original room and they were more than happy to move us to and offer my family an upgrade. The access to the inner harbor was excellent .

  The location was a couple of blocks and a five minute walk from the inner harbor. Our room (901) had plenty of space and was pretty quiet (except for the usual city truck noises and sirens). Everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a suite, everything was very clean and the buffet breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore Inner Harbor. It is close to everything , lots of great restaurants nearby.

  We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home.   The room was clean and comfortable. The exercise room was MUCH better than I expected. Most Hotels only have a small room with a couple of pieces of equipment. You have 3 exercise bikes, 4 treadmills, 3 or 4 elliptical trainers, Several large screen TVs to watch. A nice set of nautilus equipment and an assortment of free weight dumb bells. The indoor pool was nice my son used it and the sauna and liked both. - We stayed the weekend of the Preakness and many college graduations in the area. We were there for a college graduation at 1st Mariner Center, across the street, so it could not have been more convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and the overall condition of the hotel very good. Parking was also convenient, safe and fairly priced.

  The customer service by Michael was top notch!! Traveling with my very sick girl to johns Hopkins for surgery & he made her stay solo comfortable!!! Thank you Michael !! - The hotel was a good size and very comfortable. Also the perfect spot not to far from the inner harbor good walking distance.
