Nice room - a little pricey due to the valet parking, but this is a downtown touristic city and no parking. Like the proximity to the shopping mall and Riverwalk. Very comfortable. As such, it has charm, character, elegance and comfort but do not expect modern amenities. For example, the older wing has only one small elevator.   Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! - Loved the pool. Beauitifully designed with good views. Beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. Shower is AMAZING.

  The stay was great and all the staff was super friendly...but what I liked most was you could opt out of valet parking and park yourself for about 1/3 the cost. The self serve parking garage was only a block away and super easy to access. Just make sure you have cash or check. (Hope this doesn't get them in trouble) Be - The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is located on the Riverwalk and very convenient. My wife and I were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We rate this hotel as excellent and definitely would choose to stay there again on our next visit.

  I really enjoyed my stay there. The room they gave me was clean and nice I felt like I was living in a big house =) The staff was very nice, helpful & respectful. Their continental breakfast was excellent compare to some hotels.
