We've stayed at a few motels in Kingman, but this is the only one of the that we plan to return to. It was clean and friendly. We arrived 3 hours before check-in time, but the clerk just smiled and checked us in. The room exceeded our expectations. We checked out 5:30a.m., breakfast is from 6-9am, but it was out and ready for us. We will stay here

The staff was wonderful even after I checked out lost my cel phone they
went back to find it never in 40 years of traveling did I met such a
nice staff nice rooms I 'm pickie so when I rate something I've
picked it over this place gets a 10+ no one not even Hilton got that
rating thanks for the extra hour for late check out it really helped -

By the time I arrived here, I had been driving for about 14 hours and

We only stopped the night as we were on route to Sedona, but were pleased and surprised to find our room clean and comfortable. The fact that breakfast was thrown in was an added bonus. Really can't complain as value for money was superb.

The front office staff was very friendly and expressed their desire to
make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The facilities were very clean both inside and out. There was excellent sound proofing between rooms and, although railroad tracks were only a couple hundred yards away, I was barely able to notice trains passing.

The staff without a doubt go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is perfect to get a good night sleep and to be close to the freeway! Hotels across the street go for 3x more. This hotel is right next to the railroad tracks which didn't bother us. The snacks and breakfast was a nice surprise! If we are ever back in Kingman, we will stay here!

Staff were great and friendly. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Pool was
lovely and refreshing after a hot day. I had read reviews about the
train noise but it never bothered us. My 2 year old Son loved hearing
the whistle. -

Nice and roomy even with extra rollabed good tv and air conditioning and
very friendly and accommodating staff.also when I woke up the next
morning I saw the nicest scene ever since entering Arizona,an entire row

We didn't even hear the trains. Real ceramic coffee mugs. Comfy bed. Nice TV. Clean. Room was not stinky or musty like so many other motels. Exterior hallways.
