  Staff was helpful when we were given a single room but booked a double room. Also, was helpful when our key stopped working and was able to help us get into our room. Exceptionally clean, and close to shops and restaurants. - Value Place was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Staff very friendly and answered all questions and needs.   Good location. Cheap. - As the hotel is called a Motel it's not located in near town area. But with a car and just as a overnight stop before going to the keys it was great. Big room with TV, two beds and AC. Not really clean but ok. The staff was friendly and tried to do their best.
