  We stayed in the newer Tuscan side of the hotel and highly recommend it. Rooms are well decorated, very comfortable, clean and well insulated so you don't hear your neighbors. Value for this area is outstanding.   Absolutely incredible stay in all areas. Upon our arrival, the door person opened the door and assisted us with our bags. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly. The room was amazing as far as decor, amenities (including beverages and treats included in room rate) along with plush bedding, soft plush towels and romantic features.
