There was snow on our car in the morning and one of the staff at the rear exit of the hotel cleared the snow off our car. Very thoughtful of him. Front desk staff very efficient. -
Very friendly and efficient staff and good location for a stop over on a long journey, as it was just off the highway we were travelling on.

We came down for the Blues Festival and located your hotel online, it was a busy weekend so we were glad to be able to book 2 rooms, our friends were traveling with us.
We really appriciated the convience of the rooms, first floor, sliding doors to the pool area and breakfast area. My husband is handicaped and it was wonderful for him. Thank you.

Staff were very courteous and efficient in the hotel and the restaurant.
The room was clean, though it is not the most modern or new in the
furniture. Except for the pillows, the bed was comfortable. I was glad
that the air conditioner did not blow directly on me like some other
hotels have done in my past experiences. The restaurant has a nice

The Ramada was easy to find, impressive to enter, very clean and quiet.
We were especially pleased with the size of the bathroom, types of
complimentary accessories, large towels and a lighted shower! We
received a coupon for 15% off a meal at the on-site restaurant but there
was also a good number of choices for food nearby. We would definitely
stay again if in the area.

Hotel is amongst a shopping centre which is very handy. It is also about 15 minutes away from Premium Factory Outlets and an hour from Gettysburg. Eat at the Olive Garden restaurant - great value for money. -
Friendly and easy check in/out. Great breakfast in the am. Friends and I use van transportation to and from the reception.

Location - was easy to find, plenty of parking and a shopping mall and
food stores just across the street.
Was originally given a 'non-smoking' room that reeked of cigarette smoke but the desk clerk apologised and relocated me when I complained.

The price was perfict and affordable for our situation.(retired &
budget).Very clean It has the little things folks need or can use while
traveling. (Hotel style).Because of our experience we stayed with B. W.
hotels the remainder of our vacation.Will be using bw in the future.
Staff was extreamily helpful and kind and friendly.

My husband and I do re-enactment for the civil war. The hotel was
perfect place for this event. Located near food/stores to do what
needed to be done for eating and shopping. Also lots of night life too. -
I have stayed at Hotel Express several times in the past year...and am always very satisfied with the Room and Hotel Staff, they are very help
