The hotel was great...comfortable, clean, spacious, a great breakfast and terrific staff. Especially helpful, cheerful and delightful was Front Desk person Elizabeth. She made sure my questions were answered and needs met. She is truly an asset to this hotel. She is also a nice person. -

I stay at the Crystal Inn whenever I travel to Great Falls, which is usually twice a year. They have always been very courteous, clean and the breakfast is outstanding. The women who greet and work in the breakfast room are extremely nice and happy even in the early morning! -

We travel to Great Falls often. We have found our new place to stay. The staff was friendly and efficient. We decided to go down a night early, when I phoned they were more than willing to work with us. We ended getting an upgrade for free so we would not have to change rooms.
I would recommend them to anyone who is staying in Great Falls! -

That was the most amazing experience I had lately in a hotel. The
hotel itself i'd place in better motel category, but stuff is
exstremely helpful and welcoming! The little note from housekeeping
lady that she personally prepared the room for us was such a nice
touch, it was written in different coloured pens and had smileys. Very
comfortable beds

Hotel itself set on very well maintained grounds with beautiful flower beds. Pleasant peaceful location next to the river.Close proximity of restaurants and shopping. Lovely foyer clean and comfortable throughout hotel. Friendly approachable staff. Excellent value for money wonderful breakfast menu that is included in the price. The pool being open 24hrs meant that even after late shopping or sightseeing the chance to relax and kids have fun was a bonus. Would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed a very quiet comfortable room on the 1st floor. The staff at the front desk very helpfull and professional. Facillity well equipped with hot tub and swimming pool.. -
Was Excellent! Bed was great friendly service & quite accommodating! I needed a later ck out & was allowed. Only bummer is they still had Old TV's.
