Actually, there was nothing I didn't like. The room was clean and fit the bill. I was in Gettysburg for a funeral at Saint Francis Xavier Church and the move in and out was quick and easy. The staff were incredibly friendly. They even were most helpful about stowing our bikes two nights. We were very pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced, and good, the food and drinks in the bar were. We could not have been happier with our choice. We were both sightseeing Gettysburg and attending a wedding. -

I was pleasantly surprised by just about everything this budget-friendly hotel had to offer. We loved our stay here! Location can not be beat, beds are very comfy, bathrooms are spotless and breakfast was very nice. The staff was super friendly and made great suggestions on places to eat and things to see. We've already booked a return visit and joined the preferred "club". I stay at this hotel often because its a good place to stay. This time there was a snow storm during the night and I did not have a snow brush. The young lady at the desk said it was no problem and supplied me with brush and scraper. Great service ! -

Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, great clean pool and spa. Breakfast was awesome. Waffles, sausage, eggs, Danish etc. price was affordable. Had a great visit in Gettysburg and I will be staying here again when I come back. -

loved the setting in the country and that you could actually open the windows and get fresh air!! Mattress a little stiff but it was okay. Service was good. Air conditioning worked very well with option of fan only. Friendly service. Washcloths not provided first day but were on the second day. All in all, a good deal and a good place to say

After reading some reviews I was a bit concerned, however the room was comfortable and the bathroom was fine(I am picky about my showers) Is this the Plaza? - no but it was clean, safe, very quiet and very close to the battlefield. We stayed four nights and never had a problem.

Ted checked us in and he was very efficient and helpful. He went out of
his way to make ourselves and our children happy. We were also traveling
with our elderly parents and he was very accommodating , helping us get
a wheelchair and changing their room, so we could be closer together.

Although here was a little confusion checking in, the staff was very helpful and welcoming.Aspire rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. Beds were really comfortable.Appreciated the mini-frig and microwave and also Mark's personal touch by calling me by name the day of and the day after check in.Thanks for the personal touch.
