My room was very small, especially the bathroom, and the breakfast choices were meager. Still, it was comfortable and quiet and it's reasonably easy to get into DC. The shuttle to the Roslyn bus station runs early, but sadly not late enough in the evening. One good option is to take the subway home to the Clarendon station and then walk 15 minutes

Swimming pool was well maintained, as were the grounds and facilities
generally. The room was comfortable and the staff seemed quite nice and
quite helpful. I appreciated the computer for use by guests located in
the lobby. It really helped to be able to access on-line information for
directions and site specific information on local attractions etc.

Once we upgraded to a bigger room we were much more comfortable. Two people could fit in the room that had two queen beds in the room. the staff was amazing and so helpful.

It was nice and easy to pull our car right in off the street and be assisted by someone right away who brought in our luggage and parked our car. We got to the hotel earlier than check-in time and at first there wasn't a room ready, but a very nice gentleman at the front desk got us into a room within minutes. The location of the hotel was excellent - close to shops and restaurants.
The bus stop for the conference center is right outside thd hotel - an added bonus as was the free wifi.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making it a great stay, even for a single female traveller on business. I'd definitely stay again.

I took the Metrobus 5A from Dulles International Airport and went off at Rosslyn Metro Center. From there, it was just 7-8 minutes walk to the hotel. From Rosslyn you can take the Orange or Blue subway-line to most of the tourist attractions. You can walk to the Iwo Jima monument and Arlington National Cemetary in 10 minutes (or take the blue subw

Very friendly and helpful Staff from front of house to housekeeping. Very convenient for Iwo Jima Memorial Arlington National Cemetery and Metro. 15-20 minutes walk in either direction. Doesn't serve meals but, there is a restaurant next door or there is Ruby Tuesdays where we got a couple if excellent meals.. Can get coffee in reception from a machine if you can't be bothered to use the coffee making facilities in room. Room and bathroom clean. Would stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. We have been to dc 4 times. I like
stayin here the best. It is nice to have a complementary breakfast. I
also love the convience of the Rosslyn Metro Station which is about 1,5
blocks away. Rosslyn is also a business community with plenty of places
to grab a quick bit to eat. -

I had read some negative reviews before our trip , but decided to take a
chance. Very glad we did. The staff was very helpful , the room was
clean and neat and with vintage charm. The staff at the
restaurant/bar were so nice , gave us ice in our cooler every time
we needed with no problem at all. Loved the 4 days we spent there. Would
stay again in a heartbeat! As for having no elevator, it is only 4
stories high, no big deal at all people!! Maybe count it as your daily

The room was wonderful with a big bed and flat screen tv. I especially like the nespresso machine! And the refrigerator!
The bathroom was also very nice, clean design (although not a lot of space to put stuff)

Plus nice smelling shampoo, lotion and conditioner from Occitane.
Staff was really friendly and answered all questions.
Breakfast was not included but the little patio and terrace looked lovely!

Laura and Raymond were wonderfully welcoming, as were their staff. We enjoyed getting to know them over drinks early evening, and they went over and above what B&B ownerz would normally do.
