This is a family-owned business and, to the good fortune of the guests,
this family has high integrity and desires to see that guests are
satisfied. Although somewhat austere, this hotel is impeccably clean.
The staff were amazingly responsive to the very few concerns we
expressed. For example, when we first arrived the smoke detector was
beeping

Just down the street from the Lowell Observatory. We spent most of the day there, and also returned for the evening program and viewing.
We spent one night at the motel. It was a clean and well maintained facility. The room was a little small, but we didn't care about that. We were only there to sleep and clean up.

I like being close to the office. I liked the price. The front desk gal
was super friendly. The motel was also close to other places to eat and
easy access to interstate and downtown. -

Wonderful family suite. Each child got their own bed. Nice having fridge
& microwave in room. Kids liked the breakfasts each morning. Staff
was very friendly and responsive to requests. Liked the non-smoking

The value for the money was outstanding. Other motels in the same price range in Flagstaff are dirty and gross. This motel was nice and clean. I also like the option of the rooms with bunk beds. This is the best motel I have ever seen in this price range. I also liked that the doors into the rooms are inside the hallways as opposed to being on the outside of the building. Also, the staff member who was working the front desk was also diligently keeping the breakfast items stocked, and was

It was a good, clean, cheap motel which exactly matched our expectations
of a comfortable, no-frills night's stay after a long day on the
road. We also liked that breakfast was available - nothign special, but
very convenient. And despite billing it as "continental",

We were met late in the day by a very agreeable man in reception who was very welcoming, informative and helpful re where to get a late meal. He also advised us about free wifi. The breakfast arrangements worked well too. Everything needed to shower and sleep in a clean place with a coffee machine was present and worked well. Great for train lovers as the railway runs just across the road! Good value.

- good location, you have gass station, mc Donald, denys, and maybe like 2 or more restaurant walking distance.. when I say walking distance I meant less than 3 min walking -
The room was very clean and the towels were plusher than expected. For a tired traveler, that's an added bonus.

Building was quiet, clean, had ground floor rooms --no need to use stairs. The area was quiet -- no trains, etc.The heating/cooling was easily controlled and quiet. Good, reasonable restaurant nearby. I'm sure the word "quiet" wouldn't apply so easily during ski season. -

The room was very nice and clean. I thought what you get for the price was very good. The staff was friendly and the price for the room even included breakfast. I would definitly stay there again. -

road. The rooms are correct though not so new. And rather clean. We were
in a bigger room than ordered with fridge and microwave. But not all

Eventually we did switch rooms without any hassle or problem. Located in an area convenient for my needs. TV, fridge and microwave worked well.

We got at 2:00 am after driving 600 miles and as soon as I crossed the
door, they had keys, invoice, everything already sorted out for us to go

I was stating in Flagstaff just 1 night before going to Grand Canyon. I found this to be a clean, safe & comfortable budget motel conveniently located in Flagstaff. The rooms have been upgraded from there original Route 66 Motel early days with a big screen and comfortable beds, bedding, furniture & wifi. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the light continental breakfast was just right to start the day off.

The motel has a very good position as a starting point to Death Valley's south rim. We had a big room with 3 queens beds during this stay. The breakfast was fine, but nothing over standard. The staff was pleasant and helpful. -

It was close to NAU with is why we were there, to see our son. Close to shopping,restaurants, location was great. Good for walking.

The place is clean and convenient to everything. The hotel staff are awesome. I have stayed there numerous times and will continue to stay there when I am in town! Excellent value for the money and the rooms are clean and comfortable. -
