  Very friendly staff. Room was always made up. There was a plumbing problem in the bathroom which they fixed but also took some money off our room which we appreciated. The manager went out of his way. We will stay there again. - The hotel was modern and well located in the city.   The staff was incredibly helpful. Tony at the front desk did everything he could to assist us even after we checked out of the hotel. He kept an eye on our luggage while we spent the day in Fairbanks and while our second hotel refused to pick us up, Tony arranged for our transfer. Outstanding service in the hotel and in the restaurant. We would ha... ce que les gens disent » ve preferred to have stayed in the Regency Fairbanks over our transfer to Sophie Station Suites. - This must be one of the best bargain options in Alaska. We paid 75 dollars for a spacious double room, that was clean and had everything necessary for even a longer stay. Wi Fi was perfect. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and had to leave early in the morning, so we can say nothing about breakfast quality. Generally, this place, if they keep their present rates, is highly recommended.
