  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. We were able to get adjoining rooms for our older children which worked out fantastic!! Breakfast buffet was adequate and helped out on meal budget. The pier was across the street and shopping/ restaraunts within walking distance. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had extras that a more expensive hotel would offer, hot breakfast, laundry room, all day coffee, wired internet and wifi etc. Wonderful location!

  For the price I have no complaints. It was clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice, willing to help. The beach is very close! It is also VERY close to everything in Cocoa Beach.
