Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. We were able to get adjoining rooms for our older children which worked out fantastic!! Breakfast buffet was adequate and helped out on meal budget. The pier was across the street and shopping/ restaraunts within walking distance. We would stay here again when traveling back to this area !! -

For the price I have no complaints. It was clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice, willing to help. The beach is very close! It is also VERY close to everything in Cocoa Beach. Ron Jon's, Restaurants, Everything. Thanks for a wonderful time! -

The hotel was right next to the beach , only a 2minute walk. Also it was next door to Ron Jons .Terry was really friendly, and our room had a patio door that overlooked the garden and pool. We had a drink in the Tiki Bar and was made very welcome. -
Paul the owner made us feel so welcome, we enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking to go back

Location was walking distance from several restaurants and fast food
establishments and the staff was ready with recommendations. We ended up
eating at a fantastic barbecue spot not 2 miles south. Great

We stayed there for 3 nights while visiting Florida this year. It is a very good location – 1 hour driving time to Orlando, about 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Cocoa Beach Pier is just across the street, Ron Jon’s surf shop with its great rentals about 1 mile south (I really recommend riding bikes along the beach in the morning). People at

The young lady at the front desk when we arrived had the most wonderful personality. She was so informative and helpful about what was in the area that we could enjoy. If more businesses had people with her personality greeting their customers everything would have a more positive outcome.

Everything. The hot tub is awesome. The staff is very professional when they need to be (yet, down-to-earth and informal if the situation calls for it) and very accommodating overall. We stayed in a Standard Family Suite with three beds and were comfortably able to fit 4-5 people. Next time we go to Cocoa Beach, we will DEFINITELY be staying at Co

The suite was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There were TVs in both rooms. The hot tub was huge. It was within walking distance of the beach. The price was great! I will definitely stay here again!
