  Location was great, it was a longer walk to the beach than 300 feet, but it wasn't bad. We walked to dinner and Ron Jons Surf Shop. They had a great deal on cruise parking. The room was completely remodeled and nice.   The staff was excellent. We were on an anniversary vacation. We originally booked a smoking room and when we got there the smell was bad.   We got a two-bedroom condo and found it extremely spacious and comfortable. Great beds and pillows; well-stocked kitchen; and a fabulous view of the ocean from our front balcony! The condo was on the corner and was bright and very spacious. Staff was beyond acommodating. The studio was great-we could see and hear the ocean from the balcony all the time. The restaurant and bar was very good (Lacy you are great). And the beach! How do you describe warm water,great waves, white sand and miles of beach with only a few people? I never rave but this place is well worth it!

  The convenience to the beach was great, and the inside and restaurant were awesome. Also, we were upgraded to a junior suite, it was really nice. These rooms are also sound proof beyond belief! Parking is awesome and the coupons and freebies are great. I also loved the food and the fish tank in the restaurant.   We enjoyed everything about the hotel. It was quiet, clean and always the staff were very accomodating. There was not a lot to do at Cocoa Beach, but the Resort made up for that with all the immenities. A quiet and relaxing vacation is exactly what we got. They seemed very interested in helping find things to do for people of all ages and went out... ce que les gens disent » of their way to design directions for all activities in the area. The lobby was always very cool and comfortable and the smell was wonderful. Some lo - This was our second year at the Resort on Cocoa Beach for our girls weekend. We enjoy being able to check in when we arrived, even though it was not four. The staff always seem happy to greet their new guest and very acommodating. We are two older ladies and two younger so having the pool and easy access to the beach is a plus and the ability to cook in instead of going out every night is great. We hope to get back next year.

  We stayed there for 3 nights while visiting Florida this year. It is a very good location – 1 hour driving time to Orlando, about 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Cocoa Beach Pier is just across the street, Ron Jon’s surf shop with its great rentals about 1 mile south (I really recommend riding bikes along the beach in the morning). Rooms spacy, clean and comfortable. - The young lady at the front desk when we arrived had the most wonderful personality. She was so informative and helpful about what was in the area that we could enjoy. If more businesses had people with her personality greeting their customers everything would have a more positive outcome.
