  I loved everything about this days inn can't not say a bad thing about it. The breakfast was much better than I expected. It actually was a hot meal. We figured it would be just danish, muffins etc. we were pleasently surprised. We had our beloved dog and they were so kind to her. So did I, as they don't sleep as well sharing beds. We also really liked the pool. It has a sprinkler/fountain feature, and a physically separated shallow end for little ones. Of course, there was also a hot tub.

  The room was what it said it was. King size. Some hotels say that, but they think a king bed makes a king room. I enjoyed the stay. I had my doubt from the look of the area.   A wonderful historical hotel with a beautiful foyer and great staff. The bed was comfortable and the old fashion "pink" sink and bathtub were a real charm.   I really wanted to let y'all know how lovely all the front desk staff were! Cheerful, friendly, outstanding! I told them so, too, and that I would let La Quinta know. I'm so glad you sent this form -- makes it easy for me to tell you what a great experience we had there. Room was comfortable, quiet and spacious. I liked the big closet and full length mirror.
