  Parking was at a premium. We arrived after 9:00 PM and when the desk clerk heard me say I had to go out to find a parking space, he moved his car from a very convenient spot, so I could use it.   This is my second time to stay this hotel, everything is perfect for me. Good service, nice, clean and comfy room, excellent location, very good breakfast!

  this was our 1st stay at the Fairfield inn and from the second we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and the staff at the front desk were so friendly, we have stayed in many hotels in that area and never been in one that was immaculately clean as the room we were in and i dont use that word loosly,so th... ce que les gens disent » ank you for making our stay a pleasant one.. - Great price and breakfast, rooms very nice. Staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .. they appeared to really care that every thing looked good, was fresh and well stocked. Made our review of the hotel in general much better.   Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. - Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good.

  Starting with the smiling and friendly staff at Reception; rooms very clean; parking spot close to the room; great breakfast; availability of hot drinks throughout the day; quiet despite the fact that there were quite a few guests in the hotel; great location for shopping trips (Walden Galleria).
