  Clean rooms, friendly staff, shuttle that takes you all over Chattanooga. The property is really lovely, quaint and historic. Grounds are well maintained. Quiet too. Pools very clean, and sliding doors on balconies keep out the noise. Food was also good, and reasonably priced. Don't be put off but bad reviews-some people just cannot be pleased!! - The history, gardens and trains were awesome. As soon as I open the lobby door and walked into the lobby I felt that I had entered a magical place. The wonderful old bar made me think the Great Gatsby era. I dined in the Garden cafe, the food was great. The grounds were beautiflu. I could go on and on. The Choo Choo was the nicest surprise I've had in a long long time !

  Our stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed the nice breakfast offered each morning, had just a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. - Very nice place to stay. Love the location to everything in Chattanooga. Would stay there again.

  Staff was great. Greeted as soon as we pulled to the curb. Check in was great. Room was clean and temperature was just right. - Location is the best. Close to everything. You can park your car when you arrive and never use it again until you leave.

  Great location in the very cool Southside district of Chattanooga. Minutes walk from some really cool bars and restaurants. - Loved the staff. The rooms was great and roomy and clean. Top notch breakfast bar. We were really impressed.
