  The location was easy to find and I was able to get to my destination with no problem. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful even when there was a problem with my reservation. They were very courteous and took care of the problem right a way. - Some staff were helpful.   I loved the clean fresh room at Best Western, Duncanville. The staff made you feel like a very important guest and were willing to assist with getting your needs met. I have stayed in many hotels and this one is in my top 5. - Breakfast was very good and the room was big enough for a family of 4. Air conditioner worked just like I like it, cold.
