Staff was very attentive and friendly. Room was very large with nice furnishings. Comfortable bed but duvet was too heavy. A throw or light blanket in the room would be nice. The staff followed up promptly on a question I asked about the room. -

The office staff were helpful and pleasant. They were willing to offer their assistance when we needed it. We stayed in the luxury one bedroom suite and it was really beautiful. The staff was amazing!!! I didn't check in until 9 that night and had been driving and Jose was so nice to get me all set up with whatever I needed. The man who worked in the morning was just as awesome and made a point to engage in conversation. They are the first reason I will come back. The resort itself is great, especially being across the street from the beach. My room was ok, I thought it'd be a little nicer, but I guess I couldn't expect much for a studio. Overall it was a great experie

It was wonderful, relaxing, clean. The TV was nice and big. The balcony furniture was clean and I enjoyed the ocean view. I walked over to the beach, put my feet in the water. I loved getting a bottle of water in my car when I picked it up from valet. I liked the bathroom amenities. All employees greeted me, and were very friendly. -

The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was luxurious and the food was delicious. Luxury hotel yet very kid friendly. Will definitely come back as a romantic get-away.

Room was clean and smells brand new..our reservation has breakfast included and thats added value for our money..this will be our next favorite hotel destination next time. -
Very nice staff; clean, new building. Everything about it is good and good value for money. Seems to be geared towards the sports traveler (traveling teams or sports fans).

It's 10 min walk to Legoland entrance! Almost as far as from Legoland car park in the height of the season. Great location. The kids splash pool was a big hit with our 3 year old. The staff was very helpfull. You can buy discounted tickets to Legoland with a concierge. For visit to Legoland it's a perfect place.

The double room suite with the amenities was AWESOME. Nick at the Front desk was very pleasant. As was the staff at breakfast. The microwave popcorn in the room was a nice touch. We also appreciated the coffee bar and the mini store in the lobby. -
The facilities in this hotel are first class, I cannot praise the staff and the hotel in general highly enough. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, clean and well maintained.
