We also had 2 other families who were cruising with us and we all stayed at the Country Inn.
The staff was most accommodating as one family was delayed and arrived very late with young children and an infant.
We took the shuttle to the cruise line and arranged to park our car and return by shuttle after one week.

Our room was very clean and we loved the sleep number beds. We left our car at the hotel prior to staying and the staff quickly got us on a shuttle to our cruise ship. Upon our return from the cruise we found the shuttle was waiting to take us back to the hotel. The staff at this Radisson were helpful and friendly; awesome customer service. The p

My room was large and well appointed
There was a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and coffee maker
The bed was huge and had adjustable settings for firmness
The feather pillows were deluxe
The pool area was very nice
There was a free shuttle bus to downtown and beaches
I had food poisoning (nothing to do with the hotel) and when I called Sandra in Reception she gave me a later check-out at no extra charge and asked if there was anything she could do for me. A

This place was amazing! From the minute we walked in we were in awe. The
staff was great and very friendly. We stayed for one day to go on a
cruise but they upgraded us from a king\sofabed room to a 2 bedroom
suite because of renovations that were going on at the time of our stay.

We got a two-bedroom condo and found it extremely spacious and comfortable. Great beds and pillows; well-stocked kitchen; and a fabulous view of the ocean from our front balcony! Fabulous comes close-the location is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Staff was beyond acommodating. The studio was great-we could see and hear the ocean from the balcony all the time. The restaurant and bar was very good (Lacy you are great). And the beach! How do you describe warm water,great waves, white sand and miles of beach with only a few people? I never rave but this place is well worth it!
