  The locality to the city of Boston was nice, it is a walkable city. The staff was fantastic. We were able to park at the hotel at 9am knowing the check-in might need to wait until 4pm so we didn't need to find parking.   The apartment was just redone. The beds were great. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, including a Keurig with coffee and a full coffee pot. The internet was included as well as cable. Two bathrooms are very important with traveling to keep the peace. The balcony made you feel like you were just one of the neighbors.   What was supposed to be a romantic weekend with the love of my life was rudely interrupted by Snowstorm "Nemo", so I ended up at this wonderful Inn all alone for 3 nights. Still, it's a lovely historic site that was very comfortable and in a superb location. It seemed a pretty good bargain. Plenty of drawers and hangers. Oh, and the location is absolutely perfect - close to the T, close to the Common, readily accessible (we did not drive).
