  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  This Hostel was way more than I had expected ! Extremely spacious with various areas where you could relax and enjoy their free tea or coffee (a shame that their wonderful hot chocolate we had at breakfast wasn't working in this area ) They even provided free popcorn and cookies too! I certainly hadn't expected that for a Hostel.It was great having the use of the - The room was extremely affordable, allowing us to use what little money we had on exploring the city. The hostel is very close to a couple subway stations which was great for getting around. The rooms are small but suit your needs. The people working there were very polite, professional, and were willing to answer our millions of questions about attractions, restaurants, and directions.   The staff was great and the place was clean. I stayed at Friend Street for the Boston Marathon. The staff went out of its way to make me and my fellow runners welcome. Everything was really clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of power outlets for charging phones and computers.
