Everything is perfect, room very beautiful and well equipped with all the ameneties a guest wish to have, very clean.Beutiful bathroom with shower/bathtube.The hotel is located close to the Logan Airport (from the airport get the Silver Line bus and get off at the second stop), 15 minutes by walk to the "World "Trade" T-Station, anyway if you like

Staff was very friendly and offered to upgrade our room just because they found out we were on our anniversary.
The maid was very quick and efficient. We left our room for 20 minutes for breakfast and she had the whole room cleaned by the time we returned.
The room was very neat and clean.
The hotel was very nicely decorated and upscale.

The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

Loved the Inn itself. The design and decor were beautiful. My husband and I got the One Bedroom Suite and it was so spacious with a fully stocked kitchen (yes, you can cook an enitre meal), comfortable bed as well as furnishings. Large, good looking and comfortable room with a very good bed and convenient kitchen equipment. Nice location in the heart of the Back Bay area of Boston.
Very nice and friendly crew, particularly understanding and caring when we exposed our noise problem in the first room we were assigned.
The small breakfast room remains accessible at all time in the day enabling us to grab a tea or a coffee whenever we felt like having one.

We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

The staff were excellent at this hotel. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and functional. The concierge Anita was particularly helpful, attentive and was very personable. Free wifi, water and snacks on arrival and coffee is a nice touch and the breakfast was varied and plentiful.

This property is excellent. It consists of all suites which is perfect for couples or families. The building is beautiful itself and has great views from the rooms. It would be very helpful if the staff provided a map of the area, some local restaurants, and places like convenience stores and drugstores near by. Since the place is really designed for long-term stay, these sorts of things are important.
