There is a fridge, microwave, cable flat screen tv. Even though it's old, it has been nicely kept up and looks charming in an old California style. We walked to 4th street shops and great parks nearby.

  It's near Downtown Berkeley Bart station, so it's quite convenient. The breakfast, though lack in varieties, served its purpose. The staff was Ok. - Liked it all. Very convenient to places we needed to go to. Whenever we went out and came back it was like returning home.

  The room was simply appointed and clean. Adequate parking. The area was pretty quiet. We were able to walk to the concert venue we were attending (The Freight & Salvage Coffee House).
