  Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. Great hotel. John helped us from the moment he greeted us at 2:00 AM at the front doors of the hotel until the moment we left the hotel. Ou... ce que les gens disent » tstanding employee. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helped us enjoy our stay. We were up early the next morning, and the maid/ - Staff Room Cleanliness The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.

  Bed was comfortable Newspaper outside door in the morning Vehicle access and egress security. Staff was very pleasant and professional. - The staff were great. The ability to have access to the shuttle and the Marta made the trip that much better.

  Staff was great! Facility was 90's dated with the rooms recently up to date, but very clean. Comfortable beds, I couldn't wait to get to the hotel and take a nap. It's near the airport, but u cannot hear the planes. It's actually fun to watch the planes; great for the kids! - Staff was attentive. The shuttle service is on time and dependable.

  It was very comfort and friendly.When I arrived I was very tired and hungry, had to very young children as well as a teenager that was hungry. All I wanted to do is to find them so food and me to lay down my hard. If I would stop with Microtell Inn again, yes and would recommend it to others. - The staff was friendly & helpful. My room was very nice. Microwave & fride in room. Beds were comfortable and for the price that made it very very worth the stay. I would've paid more. It was a last minute reservation & I received a great deal. I was nervous because of the price but it worked out great!!
