Very good shuttle service to and from the airport, made life very easy. Bags could be stored for collection at a later date which made travelling a lot easier as we didn't have to take all our camping stuff when visiting other places. Food was good and breakfasts made delightful especially by the really lovely waitress who was always interested in

Compared to other hotels in the area, I liked that it was budget-
friendly. We stayed at the hotel to meet up with our tour group. Your
front desk clerk was extremely professional and helpful when we stayed
the night of June 15, 2013. Would stay again when we are in Anchorage.
The staff is an asset to your hotel.

We stayed there a couple of nights during our honeymoon and the place was perfect for that purpose. It's centrally located but still quite and private. The general manager Glen is always there and can assist you in case of any practical problems (we had some). We are also thankful to him that we were allowed to cancel our initial stay back in May,

What a delightful find. Spent 3 nights at the Copper Whale inn. It was very comfortable and homely and location was fantastic. The included breakfast was very tasty. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend the Copper Whale Inn and would certainly stay there again if I was to visit Anchorage again.

We arrived late at night (2 AM) on a flight and had parked at Dimond Parking across the street. The Microtel was inexpensive, convenient, and completely suited our needs for a one-night late night stay. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. The hotel is not fancy, but is good value for the money. I would stay again in similar situations. -

The staff at Super8 Anchorage was very friendly and helpful. Vanese took
us into downtown to catch our cruise ship transfer instead of us taking
the city bus with our heavy luggage. It was so kind and helpful of her
to do this for us!

Enjoyed my 4 night stay here, staff were good and helpful. They changed my room to one with views over the mountains, which was wonderful. Busstop nearby, though the Hotel driver Karen, may be able to drop you off. Little supermarket across the road at the servo. -

It was air conditioned, which I hear is not common for Anchorage but was really good to have. Breakfast was OK too. -
Pretty spacious room and had fridge and microwave in the room. Having free wifi connection was very useful. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Have been staying at the Puffin for years. It's always a good place to stay. The staff there is exceptional.The general manager has been there for years, is a good leader, and also drives the shuttle! Several people employed at the same company where I work (Red Dog Mine) also stay at Puffin. -

Staff were friendly and accomodating to my needs. Airport shuttle that
was timely. A walk in freezer available. Continental breakfast was good
and there was an attendent to keep the area clean. There was an early
morning party with a lot of noise-after making a call to the front desk
