I loved the spa-like toiletries, the Sheraton robe (which I plan to
order), the service was excellent, the breakfast included on the
concierge level was wonderful. I loved the free bottled water in my
room. I would stay here again. -

We loved EVERYTHING about the Parq Central!! The manager gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. He
explained everything. Times for breakfast, shuttle to the shopping
area in old Albuquerque etc. He was great and so was the room. Our
shuttle driver gave us recommendations for dinner and pointed out some
places to visit. We enjoyed our one night in Albuquerque. We had to
cut our visit short by 1 day at the last minute. We wished we could
have stayed longer.

Afternoon front desk staff went out of her way to accomadate all our requests. She was amazing and fast. We requested a room change (handicap) and we were moved within 10. When asked if there were coffee pots in the room she explained that there were and send to extra coffee for us.we then requested additional pillows and we had those pillows with

I had no complaints whatsoever. The room was very nice and clean. The
staff were all polite and efficient. I don't understand some of the
complaints I've seen here. Maybe just a bunch of babies. One person
complained that the hotel/casino are way out in the middle of
nowhere. Seriously? Nobody forced you to stay there. Some Indian tribes
don't have much of a choice as to where the hotel/casino can be
located since the land was set aside for them by the us government. I
would stay there again. 4

The location for the Balloon Fiesta was excellent. Parking was good. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. -
