Hotel reception staff were very helpful with my registration as Booking had not forwarded my registration to the Holiday Inn which had been confirmed by letsbookhotel.com approximately 7 hours earlier. Thankfully I had a printed copy of the registration. -

The service at this Hotel ranked up there with service we have received at luxury chains. The hotel is right on the Univ. of Houston campus and thus ran by students. We were amazed at their attentiveness and hospitality. Wish all Hiltons were like this! -

The swimming pool was awesome ! Kids loved to stay their cause they love it really , location was close to the groceries and the Main Street at the town , the room size was good enough for 4 person , we were 2 adults and two young kids , stuff were amazing and super helpful, will stay @ this hotel definitely again -

The location is unbeatable if you're attending a Texans game! The hotel is located directly beside Reliant Stadium and there's even a side entrance that allows you to walk out the hotel and right on to the stadium grounds. The hotel bar and restaurant have pre and post game drink and food specials that allow you to save some money on the inflated

Mainly the location. Right across the parking lot from Reliant Stadium. I can walk to the game. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable, and liked having a refrigerator in room. On my last visit I had a death in the family, and the desk clerk was very helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. I will be staying here again a few more times this year.

We stayed at this hotel while my sister was having tests and lots of appointments at a nearby medical center. The beds were really comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great bonus. The shuttle provided to local shopping (target, a grocery store) meant we could easily buy food for the week that we were there. The pool area was nice to sit in

The staff. Front desk was awesome! The hotel was booked full, long line of people checking in and 1 lady handled everyone with a smile, pleasant attitude, and she made it appoint to acknowledge and apoligize to everyone for the wait.. Dealing with her in the beginning of my stay made it all worth it. I believe her name is Jamie

When we arrived for the Rodeo they were booked solid so they were a bit behind on getting our room ready. Initially the young Lady behind the desk said they would need an hour. I thought no biggie we could do some things at the Rodeo and check in later. ut upon hearing that the manager asked for a list of rooms to be cleaned and went floor to floo

The room was actually quite spacious. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff that they are going to drop me to the airport. I was upset about it-they eventually called for a cab, and got me dropped. The staff was very nice to talk to. Hotel was very clean. Wifi was excellent, streaming live television was not an issue.

The location was perfect for us because we were heading to an Astros game and Minute Maid was just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi. Though they only offered valet parking, it was less expensive than having to pay to self park in another lot. -
