Overall experience was excellent.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Free breakfast was excellent they even went out of their way to get us some bagels when we had to leave at 4am.

I had a great experience here on a week long stay for work. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is there within 10 minutes of you calling and as long as they aren't inundated with the airport pick ups, they will drop you off in downtown Tempe. The mini fridge and kitchenette is very convenient for a longer

The staff was wonderful, they were so very helpful especially the shuttle drivers who recommended several restaurants, took us to the downtown area of Tempe and then picked us up almost immediately upon calling the hotel. Fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room & hotel, in general, was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was very nice, too. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to Chase field, while leaving our car safely parked at the hotel. The hotel rate was very reasonable. We will likely stay here again when we go to the D-

Great Location, Great value for your money, very, very clean--it would have passed my Mom's white glove test! Beds were very comfy, looked to be newly remodeled, staff was great and the free breakfast had the best selection of food I've seen in a long time. Would recommend it to anyone and I did tell all my friends and business associates about this hotel.

The hotel was not what i expected I loved The modern art on display in the lobby. The design , decor along with the art gave the Lobby a museum type feel.

The location is near a busy entertainment venue, but you hear very little street noise when that venue's entertainment is over and thousands exit at once. I loved the hotel's decor and its location. I was traveling on business and found the location very accessible to where I needed to go. The room was really nice and very well kept by their housekeeping staff. The people at the front desk were really pleasant and helpful too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
