  The two desks clerks were extremely friendly. Angela only started 2 weeks ago and she handled some stressful mornings very calmly. And for a tiny, little person I was impressed how she handled the maids during a work meeting which I overheard. Andy was amazingly efficient and went way out of his way to answer any question about the area.   There is no negative thing i would mention. The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there. And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or... ce que les gens disent » unsafety at all. We would recommend this hotel mainly for young people and travellers. - Close to our destination - walking distance. The staff was very helpful. Gave us walking instructions to our intended destination. Also pointed out alternate transportation solutions and approximate costs.
